Title: README: correct link to CONTRIBUTING.md
Currently Kallithea renders the link relative to /, giving "https://k.copyleft.org/CONTRIBUTING.md";. This is offputting to potential contributors. There are other relative links in CONTRIBUTING.md, but that file is not rendered in the web interface anyway.

# Copyleft and GPL Tutorial Materials
2 2

3 3

This repository contains various tutorial materials regarding the suite of GNU General
4 4

Public Licenses and copyleft (as applied to software).
5 5

6 6

The primary item of interest is an omnibus book on copyleft that is built
7 7

from the comprehensive-GPL-guide.tex file.
8 8

9 9

You can build this project with the following command:
10 10

11 11

    $ make
12 12

13 13

HTML output will be in the public_html directory and a PDF file will be in comprehensive-gpl-guide.pdf.
14 14

15 15

You may need to first install texlive, tex4ht and a few other things. On
16 16

Debian-based systems, this command may work as root:
17 17

18 18

    # aptitude install texlive-full make tex4ht
19 19

20 20

You may also
21 21

[browse the current version of the guide on copyleft.org](https://copyleft.org/guide/),
22 22

and [download a PDF of the Guide as well](http://copyleft.org/guide/comprehensive-gpl-guide.pdf).

im not sure what is the objection to this - relative URL ensures that the links are portable for mirrors - for example if the repo (and README.md) is hosted on github or notabug then the link to COMTRIBUTING.md should be to the same site and not back to the kalithea instance - this ensure everything still works locally in the case that the main site is down and when others publish copies as they are encouraged to do
